1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77xo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77xo website located at https://77xo.io and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, "the Services").

By completing the account registration process, accessing any part of the 77xo platform, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 77xo. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77xo reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonus funds.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Inaccurate registration data — including incorrect date of birth, name, or contact details — may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.3 Account Security

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed, 77xo reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

77xo reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice, where this is required to maintain the integrity of the platform or to correct an error in the promotion's published terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes on the 77xo platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that their bets are correctly placed before confirming. 77xo will not accept requests to void or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in the circumstances outlined below.

• In the event of a demonstrable technical error on the part of the 77xo platform that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, 77xo reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player.
• Where a game is disconnected mid-round due to a network or server issue, the round will be resolved according to the platform's disconnection policy, which aims to complete the round based on the last confirmed game state. If resolution is not possible, the stake will be returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

77xo reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a player's account at any time and without prior notice where 77xo has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; the account balance is subject to a dispute or investigation; or the account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.

12.2 Account Closure by the Player
